Cooking Instructions

Allow approximately 100g dry pasta per 180g (cooked weight) per person. Add the pasta to a large saucepan of boiling water, stirring occasionally and return to boil. Cook for 9-11 minutes to your preferred texture. A shorter cooking time for a firm bite, longer for more tender texture. Drain thoroughly and serve immediately.
