Cooking Instructions
1. Boil 5 quarts water for each pound of dry pasta. If desired, add 1 Tbsp. salt. 2. Add pasta and return to boil. Cook uncovered approximately 8-10 minutes until tender, stirring occasionally. 3. Remove from heat and drain well. Serve immediately with your favorite Reggano sauce.
