Cooking Instructions
To cook on the hob. Before cooking: Place pasta in a saucepan of boiling water (1 litre water per 100g pasta). Add salt to taste and boil, stirring occasionally. During cooking: Cook for 10 mins for a tender (firm) texture. A longer cooking time results in a more tender texture. After cooking: Drain well immediately and serve. Time stated is for cooking at an altitude of up to 500m. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
