Cooking Instructions

Before cooking: Place pasta in a saucepan of boiling water (1 litre of water per 100g pasta). During cooking: Add salt to taste and boil, stirring occasionally. A shorter cooking time results in a more 'al dente' (firm) texture. To cook on the hob: Moderate heat 9-10 mins
