Cooking Instructions
Before cooking: Place pasta in a saucepan of boiling water (1 litre of water per 95g dried pasta). During cooking: Add salt to taste and boil, stirring occasionally. A shorter cooking time results in a more 'al dente' (firm) texture. To cook on the hob: Moderate heat 7-9 mins. After cooking: When pasta is cooked drain immediately and serve.
