Cooking Instructions

Before cooking: Place pasta in a saucepan of boiling water (1 litre of water per 100g pasta). During cooking: Add salt to taste and stir occasionally. Shorter cooking time results in a more 'al dente' (firm) texture. To cook on the hob moderate heat 11 mins. After cooking: When pasta is cooked drain immediately and serve. Check food is piping hot.
